Monika has lived in the valley for the past 15 years. She is the owner of AZ Classic Golf Homes and the team lead. She started her career in a legal profession only to find herself transition into real estate due to the changing market and the growing need to handle foreclosures and short sales. Over the past few years, Monika used her legal skills to successfully negotiate short sale transactions and work closely with REO inventory. As more and more out of state buyers flocked to the state to enjoy the winters playing golf, she recognized the need to build a user friendly website for those not familiar with our area. Today she works with a team of experts to help you find a home of your dreams in the area best known to our agents. Monika specializes in the East Valley Cities of Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, Chandler and Gilbert. Her marketing efforts focus on online presence, social media exposure and most importantly Video Marketing.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her twin daughters, traveling and playing tennis with her husband.
