Designed by Jay Moorish, the Boulders Golf Club was built in 1984. It is comprised of two 18 hole championship golf courses beautifully nestled among massive rock formations of north Sonoran Desert in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 18-hole “North” course at the The Boulders Resort Golf Club facility features 6,291 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 73.1 and it has a slope rating of 142 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Jay Morrish, ASGCA, the North golf course opened in 1985. Hilton Hotels manages this facility, with Tom McCahan as the General Manager. The 18-hole “South” course, on the other hand, also designed by Jay Morrish, features 6,073 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71 . The course rating is 72.0 and it has a slope rating of 140 on Bermuda grass. It was opened in 1991.

The Boulders is not only world renowned for its finest golf but also for its well known and highly regarded The Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa. As one of the finest golf, tennis and spa resorts in the United States, The Boulders golf club resort and spa has been a winner of numerous prestigous awards. Since its inception in 1988, The Boulders Resort remained the only one of just 5 resorts awarded the Gold Medal every year. In 2008, the golf resort received a Golf Magazine Platinum Medal Award. Travel and Leisure Golf ranked The Boulders as the #7 Golf Resort in the USA for 2006 and #2 Golf Resort in the USA for 2005. Regionally the magazine ranked The Boulders the #1 Golf Resort in the Southwest for 2005 and 2006.

The Boulders golf resort features 33,000 sq.ft 24 treatment room spa sanctuary known as The Golden Door Spa. It is fully equipped with a Pilates studio, tea room, cooking demonstration kitchen, salon, “Members Only” locker areas, swimming pool , and locker rooms with steam, sauna and Japanese bath. The 2,000 sq. ft. fitness center features state-of-the-art LifeFitness strength and cardiovascular equipment. Some of the membership fees are structured as follows:
