Estancia is settled at the edge of Pinnacle Peak, and symbolizes the astonishing views of Arizona. The Estancia Club opened in 1995 and has 640 acres of Scottsdale’s famous landmark Pinnacle Peak surrounding it. The European-style, 32,000 square feet, Estancia Clubhouse has a private dining area and a grill where residents and guests can enjoy a decent meal after a round of golf. The luxury of play is remarkable at 12,000 annual rounds and heightened by an active caddy program. The 18-hole Estancia course features 7,146 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.7 and it has a slope rating of 137. Gary Jones manages the course as the General Manager. Golfers will be tested by the sloped green of the 11th hole.
The Estancia Club is one of the most exclusive in the United States with only 325 memberships available via invitation only. Estancia Club was named Best New Private Course in 1996 by Golf Digest and has been listed among the Top 100 Best Golf Clubs. Also the Estancia Club was recently ranked number 82 in Golf Digest’s America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses 2009-2010.Estancia Golf Membership – As of June 2011 Membership prices are market-based. Memberships are currently available starting at $77,000 and have annual golf dues that are $15,000. There are also Social Memberships available for $10,000 with annual dues of $5,000.
