Troon North is an 1800 acre master planned development located in impressive Sonoran Desert of Scottsdale. For accompanied guests, the fees range from $50 to $140 and $75 to $240 for unaccompanied. Opened in 1994, the impressive 37,000 sq.ft. clubhouse offers a pro-shop, lockerrooms, bar, grill, conference room and generous bancquet space. Nestled against famous 185 acre mountain preserve of Pinnacle Peak, Troon North community park offers 4 acres of tennis courts, basketball courts, BBQs and picnic ramadas.
Homes vary from 1500 sq.ft to approximately 8000 sq.ft and range from $400,000 t over $3 million. Custom homes sit on 1/2 acre lots to over 2 acre lots.
